Character development, character refinement

Impatience leads to frustration, which leads to unwarrented stress, which leads to wear and tear of restraint, which leads to decay of character.

This may be a rather shallow cause and effect chain, but can feel the decay of character. There's this certain individual that manns a certain high tech 5million dollar facility in a certain educational institution that is really grinding my gears.

It's not the hypocrasy that's getting to me, rather, it's his fanatic obsession with rigidity and structure. If you know something, and you know that a student needs to know. Just teach it, pls?
